In 2025, a new law will come into effect that brings major changes for platforms like ours. It not only covers sexual interaction in real life, but also the sale of sexually explicit material such as videos, images, and – in some cases – used underwear.

The law allows for physical goods to also be considered "sexual acts" if they are produced with the intention of sexually satisfying someone in exchange for compensation. Exactly what will be considered a crime is still somewhat of a grey area, and it will likely take time before there is clear legal precedent. But the uncertainty itself makes it risky – for both platform owners and users.

Our Responsibility to You

We want to be very clear about one thing:

We will never risk our users – whether buyers or sellers – ending up in a situation where they could be suspected or prosecuted for a crime.

Temporary Changes to the Platform

Therefore, we have decided to disable or limit certain features on Pantielove, such as the ability to:

• Post new listings
• Communicate directly between users
• Buy or sell content that may fall into the grey area of the new legislation

1. Will my account or my information be deleted?

No – not unless you choose to delete it yourself. All user accounts will remain safely stored on the website until the new version is launched. However, if you still feel like you want to delete your account entirely, it's easy to do so at any time. Info on how to do this can be found in our FAQ. Please note that if you have created blog posts on your profile, they may be removed. If you wish to keep your blog content, we recommend copying it and saving it in a text file on your computer, or emailing it to yourself. The same applies to your private messages (PMs) – if there are any messages you want to keep, make sure to save them elsewhere.

2. When will the site reopen? Will it work like before?

Right now, we don’t know exactly what the new version of the site will look like. We take this very seriously and are working to build something that is both legal, safe, and meaningful for our users. It may take some time, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
